Job Description
- Manage and develop team of engineers, supervisors and operators to meet the product process quality requirements.
- Collaborate with incoming material quality teams, procurement and supply chain teams to identify, intimate, and resolve material quality issues to improve overall product quality.

- Develop and implement quality control procedures for in-process production, and finished goods produced by Tejas Networks factories.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data and metrics related to processes and products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Mandatory skills:
- Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or IPC-A-610.
- Experience in supplier relationship management and supplier performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 to 15 Years experience in EMS Quality Assurance
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
