Ensure development of store associates, both management and non-management through structured associate development programs, both functional and behavioural that are aligned with business objectives.

1. Training Need Analysis
2. Training design
3. Training implementation
4. Training MIS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
-Graduate or MBA preferred

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of training experience
-Content development experience
-Retail/ FMCG experience preferred
