Job Description
- Individual Contributor.
- Responsible for end-to-end development lifecycles of features.
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimization of the application for speed and scalability.
- Managing the team with evaluating processes, priorities and performance goals to meet business objectives.
Mandatory skills:
- Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
- Data Structures, Algorithms and their complexity/performance.
- Design/development/debugging in Java.
- Middleware like Hibernate, ActiveMQ Relational DBs like MySQL/Oracle.
- Familiarity with Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts, and SDN controllers like ODL or ONOS is desirable.
- Good to have: NMS/EMS/OSS/BSS domain experience.
Desired skills:
- Basic understanding of Frontend Backend architectures.
- Basic understanding of Databases and Database queries.
- Good debugging skills, log analysis and solving Field issues.
- Good knowledge with Wireless domain is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 15 to 18 years experience from Telecommunication or Networking background.
- Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degree
- Candidate should be good at coding skills in Core Java Multithreading with DS
