Job Summary:
We are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to manage and support our helpdesk operations. This role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to non-IT products
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
