Designation : Master Trainer Mechatronics
Position :Contractual (min 2 years extendable)
Qualification : Diploma/BE / BTech / MTech /ME (Mechanical /Electrical /Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics)
Experience :6+ years
Location-Pune,Jamshedpur,Lucknow,Pantnagar
Work deliverable
Develop training module, training contents, and training aids to support training content delivery.
Prepare lesson plan , conduct theory lectures and practicals in areas of auto electrical & electronics.
Building knowledge & Skills in Engineers , GETs , Master craftsman (P), Job trainee, Trade Specialists, etc.
Maintain safety, discipline, 5S conditions within working area.
Monitoring effectiveness of learning through periodic assessment
Brief Job Description
Overall understanding of Mechatronics systems
Sound knowledge and Hands on expertise in Industrial hydraulics , Pnuematics , Programmable Logic Controllers, AC & DC Drives
Hands on expertise in troubleshooting Robotic systems , Decision Control Systems , Low cost Automation Exposure to development / improvements in automation
Adequate exposure to CNC , Data logging systems , LAN , CAN , Profibus
Understanding of Industry 4.0 architecture
Exposure to machine communication protocols , Networking systems , Data storage systems
