Job Description

As a Front Line Sales (FLS) Representative, you will drive the acquisition of Corporate offices for the National Pension Scheme (NPS).Your role is pivotal in expanding the customer base and ensuring high-performance sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients to promote HDFC Lifes NPS & Annuity products.
Travel within the assigned geography to engage with corporate clients.
Achieve business targets in terms of customer acquisition and subscriptions.
Utilize technology-driven sales processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Uphold business ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance in every transaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Preferred: Experience in B2B sales within the BFSI industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in English communication
Ability to adapt to client needs and understand business requirements
