Job Description

    As a Front Line Sales (FLS) Representative, you will drive the acquisition of Corporate  offices for the National Pension Scheme (NPS).Your role is pivotal in expanding the customer base and ensuring high-performance sales.

     

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients to promote HDFC Lifes NPS & Annuity products.
    • Travel within the assigned geography to engage with corporate clients.
    • Achieve business targets in terms of customer acquisition and subscriptions.
    • Utilize technology-driven sales processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
    • Uphold business ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance in every transaction.
    • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Preferred: Experience in B2B sales within the BFSI industry.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
    • Proficiency in English communication 
    • Ability to adapt to client needs and understand business requirements
