Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Akola. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, pitching financial products, and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products. Qualifications Sales skills: Proven ability in lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiating with clients Customer service skills: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and managing customer expectations Analytical skills: Competence in conducting market research and analyzing sales data Team coordination: Ability to work effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications Experience in financial services: Preferable experience in the housing finance or banking sector Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in relevant software and tools,
