Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales and cross-sell products.
Identify new business opportunities through telecalling and virtual relationship management.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in Banca or Branch Banking.
Strong knowledge of Sales Life Insurance, VRM (Virtual Relationship Management), Telecalling, Cross Selling, and B2B sales principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone calls.
