Job Description: Looking for someone Who is having 0.6


  • Should have min 1-3 yrs of sourcing experience in BPO/ITES industry with familiarity in sourcing for BSFI, F&A, Customer Service, Analytics, Procurement and Sourcing, HR, Pharma, Health, Legal etc(Non IT Skills) from different channels (Social Media, Job boards, Referrals etc)
    Should be able to source/screen candidates as per the JD and within the compensation ranges
    Excellent communication skill (Written and spoken)
    Should be a team player, target driven, should have eye for detail (compliant) go getter- with overall experience of 1-3 yrs
    Any graduation or masters -preferably in Humanities /Management

Preferred candidate profile


Shifts - 10 AM to 8 PM.
Work Style - Hybrid.
