Job Description

1.Assess the application that needs transition for the pilot phase and prepare transition plan

2.Connect with project key stakeholders, prioritize application and schedule KT sessions

3.Work with Qualitest QA team, track transition progress, address key challenges, issues

4. Publish transition metrics to lulu project stakeholders5. Publish transition summary report with lulu
