Project Management
Candidate should be able to manage multiple projects.
Should have extensive experience managing various Project management knowledge areas like,
Scope management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk Management, Human Resource
Management, Quality management, Stakeholders Management, etc.
Good to have some Pre-Sales experience.
Good to have done Project effort estimations, resource estimations, client management, resolving
escalations, etc.
Should be willing to take the complete ownership of the deliverables and hold him/herself accountable.
Be able to work independently and take major project decisions with minimal supervision.
Work closely with senior management to identify and suggest areas of improvement on anything
under the Sun that impacts the organization. People Management
Candidate should be a team player, lead from front.
Should have done Employee assessments, performance reviews, etc.
Should be able to motivate the team and resolve conflicts & interpersonal issues.
Should be able to grow the team, conduct training programs, identify areas of improvement, be
it people, process or Organization as a whole.

Eligibility

Atleast 8 Years of Experience in IT industry
BE/B Tech/MCA from a reputed institute
Currently working as a Team lead/Architect
