Job Description

System Admin - Hosur - Work from office

Location - upparpalli ,manthgndanpalli, S no 209, Hosur - Thally Rd, denkanikotti, Hosur, Malugundapalli, Tamil Nadu

Exp: 3 yrs Minimum

JD:-

UEM

Having knowledge in unified Endpoint Management Solution like who has an experience in Desktop Central & Kaseya.

Role-Based Administration: Managing custom roles and security scopes.

Having knowledge in Windows patch deployment using Endpoint Central / Kaseya.

Good understanding in IT Asset Management.

Knowledge in managing an Endpoint Management solution.

Experience with enterprise desktop deployments and management, including application package deployment, patch deployment, scripting etc.

ITSM

Planning and implementing IT Service Management processes.

Conducting IT service quality assurance, monitoring and analysing performance issues.

Manage IT assets and resources to ensure that they are running efficiently.

Monitor operational performance and respond to IT incidents as necessary.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree.

Excellent written & oral communication skills English & Hindi.
