    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure a high level of satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

    • Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams

    • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in any discipline

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
