-Degree Educated or equivalent
-Similar position held in the past is a plus
-Demonstrable numeracy Skills
-Microsoft Office proficient
-ERP system experience (Preferred)
-Governance and internal control
-Previous reporting experience
-Self-starter
-Ability to multi-task; detail oriented
-Responsible with good work ethics
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Positive and professional phone demeanour
-Exceptional organizational skills

Key Responsibilities
Account Receivable Management
-Payment allocation to the customer account
-Ensure that unallocated cash is well explained
-Application of payments in the customer account
-Compiling account statements
-Follow up of rejected transactions
-Compiling of the direct debit file
-Assist Credit analyst with the reconciliation of customer accounts
-Prepare reports on the status of credit and collection activities to minimize outstanding debt.
