Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and direction to sales teams in the North, East, Central, West/MH and South zones.
- Set clear expectations and goals for each team and zone, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
- Facilitate the on boarding process for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
- Manage the transition of sales team members from training to fieldwork, ensuring a seamless and effective process.
- Regularly monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and track overall team performance.
- Oversee Management Information System (MIS) and data management processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales review dashboard to provide real-time insights into sales performance.
- Address and resolve queries related to Lead square, ensuring optimal utilization of the system.
- Manage and process approval emails, ensuring timely approvals for relevant sales activities.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
- Roles in this field require a bachelor's degree. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are crucial.
- Problem-solving, adaptability, and time management are essential for addressing concerns and meeting deadlines.
- A customer-focused approach, proficiency in technology, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams contribute to long-term relationships.
- Sales and marketing knowledge, along with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning, further enhance success in these positions.
