Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We seek an enthusiastic and technically adept Product Manager with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates who have successfully managed or led products, with a strong ability to navigate technical landscapes and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. If youre from a product-based company background or have led a product previously, we would love to meet you!
Product Vision & Roadmap:
- Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the product vision and roadmap based on market trends, business goals, and user needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product plans.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of product goals.
- Communicate progress, changes, and upcoming plans to stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
Technical Understanding:
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical challenges, trade-offs, and requirements, ensuring product feasibility.
- Maintain a good understanding of the technical stack, architecture, and dependencies, supporting technical discussions and decision-making.
Product Development Lifecycle:
- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, iterating based on user feedback and data insights.
- Develop and maintain detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze product performance and user data to inform decision-making, optimize product features, and prioritize future enhancements.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, user behaviors, and areas for improvement.
Customer-Centric Focus:
- Act as the voice of the customer, prioritizing user needs and ensuring products deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and validate assumptions to refine product features and roadmap.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
Technical Aptitude:
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, ability to communicate with engineers effectively.
- Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders with diverse needs and backgrounds. Analytical Skills:
- Experience with data analytics and KPI-driven product development.
Customer Focus:
- Demonstrated experience in user research and customer-focused product design.
