Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to meet hiring requirements.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
Coordinate with interviewers to schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made.
