Core Competencies:

Hands-on experience with IBM Datacap Studio (rulesets, tasks, actions)
Proficiency in designing and configuring Datacap applications
Strong understanding of document classification, OCR/ICR, and data extraction techniques
Experience with Rulerunner configuration and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Datacap Navigator for task management and workflow

Integration & Scripting:

Integration with IBM FileNet, Content Navigator, and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with OCR engines like ABBYY, Nuance, or Tesseract
Scripting skills: VBScript, C# (custom rules and validation)
Knowledge of XML, JSON, and Regular Expressions

Deployment & Administration:

Installation, configuration, and upgrade of Datacap environments
User and security administration (Active Directory/LDAP integration)
Application deployment between development, test, and production

Performance tuning and log analysis
