Overall job function is as below,

To establish sales goals and develop sales targets , budgets for regions & sales person
Develop Plan and Execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets
Develop and build a sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Day to day monitoring of the sales team
Maintain professional and technical knowledge about the sales product
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Identifying new valuable emerging markets
Lead, empower and guide the sales executives to accomplish above responsibilities in their respective goals and target

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
