Job Description

Recruitment (70%)Generalist (30%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Support in employee onboarding, documentation, Induction, exit & all other operations related work, Support employee engagement

Required Candidate profile

MBA HR preferred.
3-6 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
MS Office and experience with HRMS/ATS systems
