Tansition Mnager- Noida Qualifications 10 2 3/ 4 Full Time Degree Job Responsibilities 10 to 15 Yrs of Experience Location Noida Influence and shape transition solutions, working with bid team, solution analysts and architects; Contribute to proposal development (from client request through to final issue and potentially subsequent project delivery); Build and maintain a good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; Adherence to mandated processes and procedures. Develop and uses various analysis, monitors their usage by team members ensuring quality results and overall objectives are not compromised Develop/ maintain awareness of Capgemini processes and standards when preparing various reports required by internal management or customer Provide assistance to team members on transition, ensures all works are done according to the agreed (comprehensive, realistic and effective) transition plans. Applies focus to all assigned tasks/ project elements to ensure no potential issues are overlooked/ created Delivery of project responsibilities to time, cost and quality, accountable for assignments up to 100s k and/ or participates in the following: defining project approach, scope, milestones, success criteria, deliverables, risks and contingencies ensuring that quality assurance activities are embedded identify and manage changes in scope, obtain client buy in, identify further revenue opportunities; ownership of project financials (relating to project activity under your management) and manage month end processes and forecasting inputs; defining and allocating appropriate resource requirements ensuring planning activities are aligned with internal (management) and external (client) needs, recognizing life balance of staff and staff rotation plans proposing solutions that meet or exceed client needs and expectations and align with the Group s strategy creating a value proposition in collaboration with client that highlights the advantages of the organization s service monitoring and assessing the value delivered to the client throughout the project life cycle ensuring Group planning tools and methodologies are utilized Ensure effective communication/ knowledge sharing across project streams, ensures project status/ objectives are understood by all parties involved. Promotes communication among Capgemini/ client team members and encourages dialogue that addresses key issues.Job Classification
