Should be a B.Com / B.Sc. / B.E (Computers / IT) / M.Sc. (IT) / MCA / MBA HR - Fresher with knowledge in Recruitment / Placement.Have good communication skills. Must have good computer skills and can communicate with candidates efficiently.Arranging & conducting Interviews / Initial screening of the candidates.Follow - ups with candidates. Coordinating with the client and the candidates.Prepare and post job description on various job portals.
