Technical Trainer (Linux / windows / Oracle DBA) @ Softenger

Job Description

We are looking for a Linux / Windows Technical Instructor to deliver high-quality technical training and build core capabilities in Windows/Linux administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing training delivery plans, managing lab setups, delivering demos, and tracking trainee performance as per the CSS/client requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and execute detailed training delivery plans aligned with business needs.
  
• Set up and manage Linux lab environments for hands-on training.
  
• Deliver effective technical training sessions with real-time demonstrations.
  
• Conduct reviews, interviews, written/online assessments of trainees.
  
• Perform gap analysis and create performance improvement plans when needed.
  
• Maintain training records including plan status, scorecards, feedback reports, and analysis reports.
  
• Develop and regularly update training materials such as PPTs, case studies, lab assignments, and question banks.
  
• Assist with conducting online aptitude tests for trainee recruitment.
  
• Use Moodle LMS for setting up and managing online tests and results analysis.
  
• Coordinate online technical tests based on departmental requirements.
