Job Description

This role would be working closely with the finance, business teams and CXOs in articulating the broad business plans and targets for the company. He/ She would also work with relevant stakeholders in exploring opportunities pertaining to M&A.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform detailed financial analysis; develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analysis in support of potential transactions
Work with business units to assess and prioritize transactions to best align with business strategy and growth plans.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and recommendations for senior management review and for board meetings
Work closely with finance, legal teams and investment banking experts to support the due-diligence process
Investigate and evaluate mergers and acquisition opportunities including but not limited to identifying prospects

Education / Professional Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical degree
Chartered Accountants with prior experience in diligence processes will also be considered
MBA or equivalent degree is preferred but not mandatory
Working in investment banking, corporate development, venture capital investing is preferred

KEY SKILLS:

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong background in finance/accounting
Good writing / editing / interpersonal / organizational skills
Communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver complex, data driven insights to senior business leaders
Proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders to drive projects to execution by building consensus
Exceptional attention to detail
Analytical with critical thinking ability
