Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Manage CRM and MIS Integration:

    • Oversee the integration of CRM data with systems.
    • Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between CRM and systems.
    • Data Management and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM and MIS systems.
    • Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights for business strategies.
    • Reporting and Dashboard Creation:
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
    • Support Regional Teams:
    • Assist regional MIS teams with CRM and MIS-related queries.
    • Provide training and support on using CRM and MIS tools effectively.
    • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance CRM and MIS processes.
    • Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows.
    • Collaboration with Departments:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment of CRM and MIS initiatives.
    • Coordinate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and excel and Power Point.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
