Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CRM and MIS Integration:
- Oversee the integration of CRM data with systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between CRM and systems.
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM and MIS systems.
- Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights for business strategies.
- Reporting and Dashboard Creation:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Support Regional Teams:
- Assist regional MIS teams with CRM and MIS-related queries.
- Provide training and support on using CRM and MIS tools effectively.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance CRM and MIS processes.
- Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows.
- Collaboration with Departments:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment of CRM and MIS initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and excel and Power Point.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
