Job Description
Role Summary:
Senior Consultant will be responsible for executing multiple consulting projects related to development and implementation of marketing strategies, market opportunity studies, international marketing, branding and other consulting services IKON provides. He or she will also be tasked with providing support to other departments.
Required Capabilities:
- MBA or Master degree with Marketing specialization
- 5-10 years of work experience in strategic marketing with any corporate or management consulting firm
- Sound problem solving and analytical skills
- Expert at developing marketing strategies and plan for domestic and international markets
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
- Quick learner, Innovative thinker with leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Can travel across India & abroad as and when require for consulting work
- Can work independently and in a team environment
- Effective project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Passion, personal alignment, and commitment to the mission of IKON
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing consulting proposals and support seniors in signing the consulting contract with the client
- Diagnosing clients problems, understanding the business environment and preparing the report/presentation
- Understanding clients market environment and preparing market and consumer insights
- Leverage problem solving skills and framework to develop solutions
- Documenting developed solution, preparing reports/presentations and presenting it to clients
- Supporting clients in implementing recommended solution by supervising, coaching, mentoring and measuring performance
- Visiting and working at client location as and when requires for project related work
- Serving client for their requirements of reports, solution and any other services within decided project scope
- Managing all project work and maintaining schedules
- Supporting seniors during the entire project lifecycle
- Contributing to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank by preparing market insights, consumer insights and Whitepapers
- Contributing in promotional and branding activities of IKON through public speaking, article writing, media pitch and social media engagements
- Assisting seniors in other admin and project management work of consulting assignments
