Job Title: Medical Representative

Location: - Greater Noida and Delhi

Shift: Day Shift

Responsibilities:

• Promote and detail nutraceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including general physicians, Neurologists, nutritionists, orthopedic and gynecologists.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
• Organize and execute product presentations, in-clinic demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new HCPs.
• Generate prescriptions and ensure product availability at retail outlets and pharmacies.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
• Provide feedback on product performance and market response to the marketing and R&D teams.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, appointments, and sales reports.
• Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
