Job Description

More than 5 plus years of experience in Oracle RightNow / Oracle Service Cloud applications

Should be able to speak with business team and understand the requirements and come up with Technical solutions

Experience in integrating with different applications like Salesforce, Oracle EBS and any other applications

Solid experience Oracle Service Cloud Customer Portal Application, Agent desktop application and Browser UI

Experience in building the workspaces and workflows

Experience in Custom Process Models

Experience in building the knowledge management

Experience in building Complex Dashboards and Reports

Experience in PHP and JavaScript

Design, build and deploy in various test sites

Responsible for complete ownership of the application including deploying the fixes to production

Should be responsible for administrative tasks like creating users, providing access to new users, providing permissions based on the profile

Should be able handle production issues with minimal business impact

Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks

Experience working in Support/service management processes.

Knowledge of industry best practices in Customer Service / Support domain from IT perspective.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in working with Onsite and Offshore model
