Job Description

To Analyze Auto CAD Design (Section, Schematic, and Balancing) with respect to design and contract requirements with coordination of other disciplines and submission of the final drawings as per the approved schedules to the consultant / client for review & approval.

Calculate the heating & cooling load of proposed building and submit to consultant / client forreview & approval.

Workshop Drawing and Material Submittal preparation.

Review the contracts documents.

Need to visit architects consultants & clients & can give them techno commercial presentation on the relevant products.

Need to be well verse with the BOQ Quantity.

Planning, Scheduling, and Coordinating with main clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Consultants.

Detailed study of scope of work, Specification, and BOQ (Tender) etc.

Should have good rapport with Constructor, Consultant & Architectures.

Coordination with all other services like Architectural & Electrical, etc towards successful completion of project.
