Job Description
The MIS and Quality Analyst uses data analysis, reporting, and quality monitoring to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant invoice processing, and supports process improvement and client presentations
Responsibilities/Authorities/Main accountabilities:
- Document and analyze audit findings to determine root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from invoice processing and T&E systems to support reporting and analytical needs.
- Develop, generate, and distribute regular and ad-hoc MIS reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to processing volumes, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for reporting and client presentations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and deviations in data to provide actionable insights for process optimization and issue resolutions
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in a similar role within an invoice processing and/or T&E environment.
Skills:
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in reporting and presentation tools.
Excellent knowledge of invoice processing and T&E operations.
Quality assurance experience and a focus on accuracy.
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
