Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance of assigned branches to achieve targets set by the organization.
Develop and implement effective strategies for business growth, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients.
Provide guidance and support to branch teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in housing finance or related field (NBFC).
Strong understanding of home loans, housing loan products, and mortgage industry regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective team management and client engagement.
Ability to analyze data to drive informed decision-making and optimize sales performance.
