Project Lead Oracle HCM Advanced Modules

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Lead Consultant Advanced Modules specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, Learning, and Compensation & Benefits. This role involves leading solution design, ensuring successful delivery, and partnering with stakeholders on strategic HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of advanced Oracle HCM modules including Recruiting Cloud, Talent Management, Learning, and Compensation.

Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and reports.

Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage change processes.

Collaborate closely with Core HCM and technical teams to ensure seamless integration.

Stay current with Oracle s product roadmap and proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations.

Mentor junior consultants and promote adherence to functional best practices.

Required Skills:

7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, including 3 4 full-cycle implementations of advanced modules.

Strong functional expertise in ORC, Learning, Talent Management, and Compensation.

Proficient in HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and understanding of functional integration points.

Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
