Job Description

Preferred profile:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Application Support or equivalent experience in development, handling L2/L3 level support activities.
Proficient in tools such as Linux, Shell Scripting, Salesforce, Jira, Visual Studio Code, and Docker.
Good understanding of binaries, APIs, CLI systems, and expertise in debug log analysis.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills; familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting US-based customers.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a 24/5 shift environment.
