Job Summary: Facilitate communication between individuals with hearing loss and phone call participants by providing real-time captioning Services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and accurate communication between parties
- Manage call flow, ensuring seamless connections and minimal disruptions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ready to work in the rotational shifts includes night shifts.
