Job Description
Education Qualification: The candidate should have a B.E/ B. Tech in Mechanical or a Diploma in Tool Die Making (NTTF/GTTC). Domain Experience:
- 3-6 years of technical experience in automotive projects.
- Good understanding of technical engineering drawings standards.
- Strong in using multiple CAD software knowledge; work experience in the same is an added advantage.
Software Experience:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling/sheet metal/weldments/casting and manufacturing drawing using Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong knowledge of Creo is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of using PLM software is an added advantage.
- Proficient in client communications presentations using MS Teams, GoToMeeting, Skype, etc
Job Description:
- Mechanical Design Engineer works on the design development of automotive-related projects and has experience in 3D modeling/sheet metal/weldments/manufacturing drawings/casting.
- Working knowledge of the automotive domain.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Good knowledge of modeling methodology and best practices using Autodesk Inventor.
- Ability to develop mechanical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Good in teamwork and communication.
- Skilled at problem-solving, creativity, and presentation.
- Ability to be self-motivated, work independently co-ordinate with the team.
- Good knowledge of GDT is an added advantage
