Desired Candidate Profile
Job Description1. Work on achieving the target number for the assigned territory and payment collection
2. Analyse the territory mapped and accordingly develop and execute the business plan to achieve maximum numbers.
3. Identify new dealers and new customers and brief them on our product portfolio.
4. Support business planning with market intelligence and market research.
5. Support sales team in conjunction with the Veterinary Marketing Manager to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
6. Contribute to the retention of existing business by maintaining and improving after sales service.
7. Contribute to the development of new business opportunities by undertaking product related marketing and sales promotion activities.
8. Maintenance of appropriate activity records and reports.
9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
10. Take responsibility for own personal development.
Skills and Experience:
1. Recognized qualification in veterinary sciences or any science graduation.
2. Minimum 2-3 years experience working in veterinary or pharma sales company
3. Flexible and versatile to adapt to various job roles.
4. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
5. Good in computer skills MS Office (MS word, Excel & Power point), Email, Web search.
6. Willingness to travel extensively
Personal Qualities:
1. Well organised and focused
2. Good presentation skills
3. Effective verbal communication
4. Proactive and resourceful
5. Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines with good time management skills
