We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Area Manager Two-Wheeler Sales to oversee dealership operations and drive business growth in the assigned territory. The Area Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing dealer productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor two-wheeler dealership operations across the assigned area.
Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and penetration.
Support dealer partners with inventory management, manpower training, and marketing support.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
Conduct regular reviews with dealers to track performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform business strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, events, and campaigns.
Ensure high standards of customer service and implement initiatives to improve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
