Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as an End-to-End Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for both Non-IT and IT hiring. Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing resumes from multiple portals and job boards
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and stakeholders
- Preparing compensation packages and salary structures
- Managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining regular communication
- Maintaining and managing recruitment dashboards and reports (MIS)
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (preferred: BMS)/ Diploma/PG-HR
- Must have graduated in 2022 or 2024
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficient in managing databases and dashboards
