Job Description

• Collaborate with development teams to create clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure delivery of business value.
• Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback to improve digital experiences.
• Continuously engage with stakeholders to refine and adjust the product roadmap based on feedback and changing priorities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Work closely with the engineering team to deliver features and functionalities on time.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve the customer journey.
