Job Description

Total exp in SAP 10+ yrs

• Experience in implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Scheduling (PP/DS) across global manufacturing operations in Discrete Manufacturing industry
• Experience in production engineering and operations (PEO) to handle highly engineered and complex products covering BOM management, Change Management, Production Process Planning, Shop floor control and Manufacturing execution.
• Experience of integration with MES system will be preferred
• Experience in Quality Management covering Process defects recorded by production operators and management of quality tasks for rework
• Prefer to have experience in key EAM functionalities such as preventive maintenance, work order management, asset lifecycle management, and calibration
• Have analyzed business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Have collaborated with stakeholders from production, supply chain, and IT to ensure seamless integration and process optimization.
• Have managed project deliverables, timelines, and resources for SAP PP/ PPDS and QM initiatives.
• Have provided guidance and mentorship to SAP team members and client users
• Have conducted system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Have driven continuous improvement and innovation in Manufacturing process
