  • Strong & assertive communication skills, able to take command of bridges & discussions
  • Understanding of web applications, typical java stack, APIs, common errors, familiarity with technical terminologies
  • Know how of application hosting (cloud /container / on-prem) & components involved (GTM, LTM, Firewall, network, Infra)
  • Ability to leverage tools & dashboards like Splunk, AppD, Grafana to ask right questions during triage
  • Work experience in production support environment. Handled projects of this nature & worked on P1 /P2 incident bridges
