- Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CI/CD: Maven, Git, Jenkins
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead/Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AEM solutions. You will lead development efforts, manage digital assets, integrate AEM with other systems, and mentor team members. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows
- Manage AEM DAM and metadata
- Integrate AEM with third-party systems and APIs
- Lead and mentor development teams, enforce best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance AEM implementations
Skills & Qualifications:
- 714 years of experience in AEM development
- Strong expertise in AEM 6.x, Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR
- Hands-on with DAM, content management, and metadata management
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Maven, Git, Jenkins)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of personalization and analytics in AEM
