Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for recruiting a team of Leaders, who will recruit agents and agents will source direct business.
2. Enhance quantity and quality recruitment by developing successful leaders.
3. Focus on number of R&R winners.
4. Focus on enablement and development of the team
5. Ensure agents, agency associates, agency associates unit and agency leader unit is in complaint with various IRDA

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in Agency Partner Channel is mandatory
Minimum Graduation in any discipline
