Job Description

Position: Recruiting Consultant

Experience Required: 0 6 months
Education: Graduation (Mandatory), MBA (Preferred)
Work Mode: 100% Work from Home
Interview Process: Virtual Interview

Key Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Good understanding of sourcing techniques (preferred)
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: Up to 14,000 per month
Incentives: Based on sales performance
- Note: Incentives will be provided monthly and continuously for as long as the recruited candidate remains with the organization.
