Role: Quality Control (QC) Executive

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Fresher or 12 years
Location: TTC MIDC, Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Executive to join our Quality team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a basic understanding of measuring instruments and quality control procedures. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspection of products as per quality standards.
• Use basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
• Record inspection data accurately and maintain quality records.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality systems.
• Handle documentation and reporting in ERP system.
• Coordinate with production and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to ISO/quality procedures.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Compulsory)
• Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and tolerances.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and gauges.
• Exposure to ERP systems and documentation.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.
