Reports to: State Head Light Commercial Vehicle
Role Details
- Develop & execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, portfolio quality, and profitability across vehicle finance branches under the hub.
- Provide leadership and direction to branch managers, ensuring achievement of targets and adherence to credit policies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to drive operational excellence.
Overall Job Description
- Drive overall sales strategies for vehicle finance to meet and exceed disbursement, fee income, and collection targets.
- Support branch managers in developing and executing local sales plans, monitoring performance, and driving new business acquisition.
- Ensure smooth operation of branches by focusing on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build a high-performing team culture by coaching, mentoring, and motivating branch managers and their teams.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring high-quality service standards and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities and manage risks.
- Monitor portfolio health including delinquency management, and support collection strategies in coordination with collection teams.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
EDUCATION
Essential requirement: Graduate
Preferred: Exposure in vehicle finance or retail asset handling
WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential requirement: 8 years
Preferred: 8+ years in vehicle finance, retail assets, or related banking operations
