Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Resource Manager to efficiently manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and bench management across projects. This role is crucial for optimizing workforce utilization, improving project delivery efficiency, and supporting business growth in a dynamic IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end resource allocation across multiple projects and accounts.
- Maintain an updated resource pool database, including skills, availability, and deployment status.
- Coordinate with delivery, sales, and recruitment teams to fulfill project resource requirements.
- Monitor and manage bench resources, plan redeployment, and identify upskilling needs.
- Support capacity forecasting and workforce planning based on business pipeline.
- Prepare periodic reports on resource utilization, availability, and hiring gaps.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in resource or workforce management in IT services.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, resource management tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
