Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure Salesforce architectures. You will play a critical role in leading Salesforce migrations, integrations, and ensuring the platform aligns with our clients' business needs and industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, enforce governance and security policies, and drive performance optimization.
Experience- 8 years to 15 years
Responsibilities:
*Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architectures, considering long-term maintainability and growth.
*Migration & Implementation: Lead Salesforce migrations and implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
*Integration Expertise: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems such as AWS, SQL Server, Jitterbit, and potentially .NET Core v6, Postgres, and DynamoDB as seen in the Retail project.
*Governance & Security: Develop and enforce Salesforce governance and security policies, adhering to compliance standards like ISO27001 and SFDCs ADM.
*Performance Optimization: Conduct Salesforce performance optimization and tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
*Data Management: Design and implement Salesforce data management and integration strategies.
*Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain Salesforce technical documentation and knowledge base.
*Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
*Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
*Agile Methodology: Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, utilizing tools like Service Now and JIRA.
*CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
Required Skills & Experience:
*Proven experience with Salesforce development, administration, and customization.
*Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex Classes *Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
*Experience with Experience Cloud design and implementation.
*Understanding of Salesforce data modeling and integration techniques.
*Familiarity with web technologies such as Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
*Experience with version control systems like Git.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
*Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM Analytics
*Knowledge of microservices-based architecture.
*Experience with Contentful. *Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
*Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
*Experience with static code analysis tools like ES List and security testing tools like Snyk.
