• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform, with a strong emphasis on functional consulting and configuration.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and best practices, with a focus on leveraging declarative tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical Salesforce configurations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and explain technical concepts in business terms.
• Experience with various Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and their standard functionalities.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Salesforce Consultant certifications are highly desirable.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• A natural curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve Salesforce skills.

Special Requirements (if any)

• Experience in Financial Services, especially in CFD industry or cryptocurrency an advantage.
